Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly anticorrosive and rust-inhibiting paint which can impart excellent rust-inhibiting properties and anticorrosive properties over a period longer than that in the conventional one to a steel material, and having coating properties and cost effectiveness. SOLUTION: Disclosed are Zn alloy particles for highly anticorrosive and rust-inhibiting paint, characterized by containing 0.01 to 30% by mass of Mg with the balance consisting of Zn and unavoidable impurities and by having physically fractured surfaces and/or cracks of 0.01 μm or above in length or in depth, a mean particle size of 0.05 to 200 μm, and an average of aspect ratios (of maximum diameter/minimum diameter) of 1 to 1.5. The Zn alloy particles comprise one or two selected from 0.01 to 30% Al and 0.01 to 3% Si. Also disclosed are highly anticorrosive and rust-inhibiting paint containing the particles, and highly corrosion-resisting steel material and steel structures coated with the paint. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystalline resin composition having little variance of electroconductivity in a region ranging from a semiconductive one to a high conductive one, having high fluidity and excellent in appearance of a molded product, a liquid crystalline resin master batch and a liquid crystalline resin molded product composed thereof. SOLUTION: The liquid crystalline resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. liquid crystalline resin (A) satisfying (a1) 250-350°C melting point and (a2) 1-80Pa s melt viscosity at a temperature 20°C higher than the melting point and 1000sec -1 shear rate, and 0.5-40 pts.wt. gas phase carbon fiber (B) having 10-500 nm fiber major diameter and 5-1,000 aspect ratio. The molded product can be produced, e.g., by bringing the liquid crystalline resin composition to be a master batch and, if necessary, adding another thermoplastic resin (C). The molded product excellent in dispersibility and electroconductivity is obtained by bringing melt viscosities of the both to be nearly equal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition improving wet grip performances and dry grip performances without deteriorating rolling resistance characteristics and to provide a pneumatic tire using the composition in a tread. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises branched particles A of ≥3 adjacent particles based on one particle. The rubber composition comprises silica having 3-100 average aspect ratio L 1 /D between branched particles A-A containing the branched particles A in an amount of 5-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component containing a diene rubber. The pneumatic tire uses the rubber composition in the tread. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
