    Abstract: 分割前の積層体を形成する際に外部電極部分をも形成しておくことで、チップ容積の有効活用と実装時の不具合を防止可能なインダクタの製造方法を提供する。積層工程と分割工程と焼成工程とメッキ工程とを備え、積層工程で絶縁体2とコイル体3と外部電極4,5とを含む積層体を形成する。即ち、積層工程で、幅広充填導体40,50を有した絶縁層20,25と幅狭充填導体41,51を有した絶縁層21〜24と外部電極パターン42,52を有した導体パターン31〜34とを積層する。これにて、導体パターン31〜34でコイル体3を形成し、幅広充填導体40,50と幅狭充填導体41,51と外部電極パターン42,52とで外部電極4,5を形成する。幅狭充填導体41,51を幅広充填導体40,50や外部電極パターン42,52の幅よりも狭く設定して、外部電極4,5に凹凸を設ける。

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a magnetic coil which lowers the partial discharge between the adjacent conductor layers of the coil and is increased in its bore radius to be raised in its operation voltage. SOLUTION: A system for reducing the partial discharge between adjacent conductive plates (94, 96 and 98) and a method therefor include that a large number of particles (100) are suspended in the space (92) between the adjacent conductive plates (94, 96 and 98) of the magnetic coil (70) and uniformly dispersed throughout the space (92) to enable a rise in partial discharge start voltage.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch coil assembly that is disposed in a compressor of an air conditioner for a vehicle and can prevent lead wires connected to both ends of a coil winding from being damaged or short-circuited by vibration of the vehicle or high temperature during operating the compressor, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a forming stage of winding a coil coated with an adhesive to form the coil winding, a heating stage of heating the coil winding while being pressurized in the laminating direction, and a hardening stage of hardening the adhesive by cooling in the pressurizing state. In the heating and hardening stages, the adhesive between two adjacent coil layers in the laminating direction is moved to an empty space around it. The coil winding, a bobbin, and a cover are assembled in a field core assembly.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of tape winding work by installing a tape- cut detector which operates to stop tape winding operation when tape-cut is generated during taping operation and a tape pressing apparatus onto a taping machine for an electrical rotary machine. CONSTITUTION:A rotary ring 3 is revolution-driven, and a coil inducotor 4 advances, and taping of an insulating tape 9 is performed by introducing said tape from a tape reel 8 onto the coil inductor 4 through guide rollers 10 and 11. In this case, a roller 20 detecting tape at the rotary edge of a lever 14 is pulled- up by the tension of the insulating tape 9 between the guide rollers 10 and 11. When the insulating tape 9 is cut in this state, the tape tension is lost on the roller 20 detecting tape, and the tape is put into free stae.
