Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast resistant and blast directing container which receives explosive articles, and prevents and minimizes damage thereof in the event of an explosion, and to provide a door and an encircling body. SOLUTION: The container comprises at least three nested bands formed of materials, wherein the bands are oriented relative to one other to enclose a predetermined volume and to form a container wall having a thickness equivalent to the sum of thicknesses of at least two of the bands. The container has utility as a cargo holder, particularly in an aircraft where weight is an important consideration, and as a transporting means for hazardous materials such as gunpowder and explosives, e.g. bombs and grenades. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for food product, which has a tank that needs only a sterilizing method involving less labor and can be quickly recycled after becoming empty. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the container 1 for food product, which has the tank 1 and a replaceable in-liner 31 disposed in the tank 1 for storing the product. Particularly, the invention relates to an aseptic container 1 for basic food material. The invention also relates to a method for transporting food product into such a container 1. Further, the invention relates to a tank 3 and the in-liner 31 used in the container 1 for food product. Such a container 1 facilitates transport and considerably reduces an amount of energy required to wash the container 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for an underground tank and method of regular leakage monitoring method using the valve and effluence prevention method of the inside liquid capable of regularly monitoring leakage or not leakage of the underground tank, and enable an early discovery of leakage and prevention of effluence of liquid in case of leakage. SOLUTION: The valve 9 for an underground tank is mounted at some midpoint in a ventilation pipe 4 of the underground tank 1 and is equipped, in parallel with an openable and closable main valve of a main valve body, with a pressurizing safety valve that operates when the underground tank side reaches a specified positive pressure, and with a pressure reducing safety valve that operates when the underground tank reaches a specified negative pressure. The method of regular detecting leakage of the underground tank has the steps of closing the main valve of the valve 9 for the underground tank after unloading, then of continuously measuring, by means of a monitoring unit 22, the negative pressure within the underground occurs according to the outflow of the liquid from within the underground tank 1 to the outside, in this way, from the variation of the negative pressure, the presence or absence of leakage is detected. Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for absorbing vapors and gasses by controlling overpressure in storage tanks during filling, transport and storing of fluids in liquid form. The process includes leading of gas down to the bottom of the tank, where a major part of the gas is absorbed in the tank's own liquid in an absorption device or optionally the liquid is supplied from an external source.
