Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain low the required ignition voltage, in a fuel cut condition for performing a fuel supply stop in order to prevent a over-revolution, by correcting an ignition timing set by means of an ignition timing setting means to an advance side. CONSTITUTION:A desired ignition timing corresponding to an operating condition of an internal combustion engine is set by a ignition timing setting means 2 and the ignition is performed by an ignition control means 1. Further, fuel corresponding to the operating condition is supplied to the internal combustion engine by a fuel supply control means 3. In this way, a fuel cut condition for performing the stop of the fuel supply in order to prevent the over-revolution by the fuel supply control means 3, is judged by a fuel cut condition judging means 4. Thus, in the fuel cut condition, an ignition timing set by the ignition timing setting means 2 is corrected to an advance side by an ignition timing advance correcting means 5. Therefore, it is possible to maintain low the required ignition voltage so as to prevent the leak in the ignition circuit.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To compute a proper fuel injection time and an ignition timing, by providing a means, limiting a load to a given maximum value in an acceleration area in a range of a given time, and a means, changing the given time and/or the given maximum value. CONSTITUTION:An airflow meter 3 measures an intake air amount of an internal-combustion engine 1, and an output signal is inputted to a control device 50. The rotation speed of an engine from a rotation angle sensor 7 is stored in the control device 50. The control device 50 is provided with a means, limiting a load to a given maximum value in an acceleration area in a range of a given time, and a means, changing the given time and/or the given maximum value according to the rotation speed of an engine. This constitution enables computation of a proper fuel injection time and ignition timing.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness to acceleration by allowing an ignition timing to be retarded by a corrected lag angular value which is smaller than a lag angle determined by engine temperature, when a car speed detected by a car speed detecting means is low. CONSTITUTION:The titled device includes an operating condition detecting means M2 which detects load, speed, and temperature of an internal combustion engine M1, and computes a lag angular value for in ignition timing by a lag angular value computing means M3 based on engine temperature detected by the above said means M2. And then a reference ignition timing is computed by an ignition control means M4 based on the engine load and speed, besides, the actual ignition if effected by a timing where the reference ignition timing is retarded by the computed lag angular value. In this case, a lag angular value computing means M6 is provided so as to compute a correction value for the lag angular value which is made smaller as a car speed is low, in accordance with the car speed detected by a car speed detecting means M5. And then the corrected lag angular value is outputted to the ignition control means M4 in place of the above said lag angular value.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To always permit the proper fuel-cut control by learning the set value of the engine load parameter in the case when fuel feed is suspended when a throttle valve is perfectly opened and comparing said learned value with the load parameter actually measured and carrying out fuel cut. CONSTITUTION:An engine parameter detecting means 2 for detecting the prameter related to the load of an engine 1 and a throttle-valve perfect-opening detecting means 4 for detecting the perfect opening region of a throttle valve 3 are provided. The prescribed value of the engine parameter in the case when fuel feed is suspended is learned by a learning means 5 from the engine parameter signals. The prescribed value of the engine parameter learned by the learning means 5 and the engine parameter actually measured by the engine parameter detecting means 2 are compared in a fuel feed suspension means 7, and when the latter becomes over the former, a fuel feeding means 6 is brought into stop, and fuel cut is carried out.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely determines whether knocking occurs or not to prevent pre-ignition, by compensating a constant for calculating a reference value which determines the occurrence of knocking, with the use of the output of detection for the voltage of a battery, and by holding the reference value for determination at a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:When the rotational speed of an engine falls in a specific speed range and the voltage of a battery drops in such a condition that its electrical load is turned on, noise generated from an alternator 50 is superposed on the output of detection by a knock sensor 22, and therefore, the value of background becomes excessively large. Accordingly, a process in which a constant K is turned into 0.8XK is carried out to hold a reference for determination at a fixed value which is compared with peak values. Accordingly, even if the value of background becomes excessively large, it is possible to surely determine whether knocking occurs or not, thereby it is possible to prevent the engine from falling into its pre-ignition condition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the increment of a fuel supply performable so properly all the time, by lowering an upper limit of a range performing air-fuel ratio feedback control when cooling water temperature becomes more than the specified value in the case where an internal-combustion engine shifts to a running state at high load or the like. CONSTITUTION:While an internal-combustion engine (a) is running, load and speed of this engine (a) are detected by a running state detecting device (b), and that whether this load and engine speed are included within the specified range or not is judged by a judging device C. And, when YES is judged, in preference to increment control over a fuel supply with high temperature of the engine (a), an air-fuel ratio is feedback-controlled so as to make it the specified air-fuel ratio on the basis of oxygen content in exhaust gas obtainable out of the said detecting device (b). And, when the cooling water temperature detected by the detecting device (b) becomes more than the specified value, each upper limit of the load and engine speed setting the specified range belonging to a judging device (c) is lowered to some extent by a lowering device (e), thereby aiming at the enlargement of a range performing the fuel increment control.
