    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for recombinant production and purification of protein kinase in a prokaryote through an inclusion body.
    SOLUTION: The method for recombinant production and purification of the protein kinase comprises expressing a nucleic acid encoding protein kinases selected from the group consisting of tyrosine protein kinases and serine/threonine kinase in a microbial host cell, forming inclusion bodies containing the kinase, isolating, solubilizing, renaturing, and purifying the kinase, wherein the purification is performed by hydrophobic interaction with an hydrophobic adsorbent under conditions whereby at least 70% of the protein kinase are not bound to the hydrophobic adsorbent and the protein kinase not bound to the hydrophobic adsorbent is recovered.
