    Abstract: 【課題】硫化物を用いつつ熱電変換材料の熱電特性を高めるのに有利な熱電変換材料用粉体を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の硫化物は、第一粉体と、第二粉体とを含有している。第一粉体は、200nm以下の一次粒子径の第一超微粒子を有し、銅を含む第一硫化物でできている。第二粉体は、200nm以下の一次粒子径の第二超微粒子を有し、金属元素を含む第二硫化物でできている。第一粉体及び第二粉体は、下記(i)及び(ii)の少なくとも1つの条件を満たす。(i)第一粉体を400℃以上の温度で焼結したときに第一結晶構造を有する焼結体が得られるとともに、第二粉体を400℃以上の温度で焼結したときに第一結晶構造とは異なる第二結晶構造を有する焼結体が得られる。(ii)第一硫化物は、第二硫化物の組成と異なる組成を有する。【選択図】なし
