Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of a rotation sensor, and to achieve miniaturization and weight reduction of the whole device. SOLUTION: The rotation sensor 35 is provided on the end side of a rotating shaft 32A having a clutch 32 arranged on the periphery. In the rotation sensor 35, a magnetoresistive element 35Cc (anisotropic magnetoresistive element) is fixed on a position where a magnetic flux of a permanent magnet 35Bd crossing a magnetic flux generated by an electromagnetic clutch is detected. Hereby, The anisotropic magnetoresistive element is not affected by a magnetic flux when the clutch 32 is excited. Resultantly, detection accuracy of the rotation sensor 35 can be improved. Further, miniaturization and weight reduction of a metal motor base 36 can be achieved, by providing the rotation sensor 35 by extending one end of the rotating shaft 32A to the outside of the motor base 36.
