    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof concrete which can prevent damage of a surface layer part thereof caused by explosive fracture. SOLUTION: The fireproof concrete 1 is produced by blending cement 9, fine aggregate 2, coarse aggregate 7, water, organic fibers 4 vaporizing at a prescribed temperature (a temperature that the concrete 1 is assumed to reach in case if fire or the like, e.g. about 250 to 500°C), an admixture 5 for improving the separation resistance of the material, and steel fibers 6 for improving the tenacity of the concrete 1 after hardening at a prescribed ratio.     摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame capable of easily extracting the air bubbles of the surface part coming into contact with the frame when a segment is manufactured using highly fluidized concrete, and a method for manufacturing a segment using the same. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface frame plate 3d in the frame 3 is installed on a circumferential edge face frame plate 3a and an axial edge face frame plate 3b as a lid frame. A plurality of opening parts 3f enabling the insertion of an air bubble extracting instrument 6 for extracting the air bubbles in the highly fluidized concrete 9 are provided to the edge part of the outer peripheral surface frame plate 3d and the air bubble extracting instrument 6 can be drawn out of and inserted into the opening parts 3f by accompanying the casting of the concrete.
