    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of an attachable/detachable towing hook which is a mounting structure having a system of making the attachable/detachable towing hook penetrate the shaft of a hollow aluminum alloy made bumper stay and in which shifting and inclination of the shaft of the towing hook from the shaft direction of a towing vehicle is surely prevented when the load direction during the towing is changed.SOLUTION: The attachable/detachable towing hook 20 is inserted into through holes 6, 7 of a bumper reinforce 1 and the shaft part 12 of the bumper stay 10 from the front surface of a bumper reinforcement 1 and the shaft 22 of the attachable/detachable towing hook is fixed to a towing hook mounting member 24 by being fit into the opening part 31 of a steel made washer 30 detachably connected to the front end mounting part 11 of the bumper stay 10 or the front wall 2 of the bumper reinforcement. The opening part 31 of the steel made washer 30 has an enlarged part 32 projected toward the shaft of the towing hook on the peripheral edge and the shaft 22 of the towing hook is held by the enlarged part 32.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make protection of a pedestrian and enhancement of absorption power of energy compatible without increasing the number of parts in a bumper structure comprising a bumper reinforce and a bumper stay fixed to this. SOLUTION: In the bumper structure, holes penetrating through the bumper reinforce 1 of a rectangular cross section in a longitudinal direction are formed on vertical walls 13, 14, and a pipe-like shaft part 16 of the bumper stay 12 is fitted to the hole and is projected to front and rear sides of the vertical walls 13, 14 by a predetermined distance respectively. The bumper stay 12 is diameter-enlarged by electro-magnetic molding, thereby, the shaft part 16 is pressure-contacted with an inner peripheral surface of the hole and a projection part 22 is formed between the vertical walls 13, 14, a funnel-shaped enlargement part 21 is formed at a front end of the projection part 18 on the front side, and a flange part 25 is formed at a rear end of the projection part 23 on a rear side and is calked to a mounting flange 17.
