Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine oil composition which, in a refrigerating machine using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant, satisfies required performances such as lubricity, compatibility with the refrigerant, stability to heat and hydrolysis, and low hygroscopicity in a balanced manner, by compounding an extreme-pressure agent having a higher wear resistance than a phosphoric ester. SOLUTION: The refrigerating machine oil composition for a refrigerating machine using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant includes at least one phosphorus compound other than phosphoric esters in a base oil comprising a synthetic oil. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating method of a degradation level of polyamide resin, capable of applying to any specimen configuration, measuring the local degradation level, and moreover, correctly and easily evaluating the degradation caused by chemical factors, such as hydrolysis and thermal factors caused by oxygen. SOLUTION: The evaluation method of the degradation level of polyamide resin that includes measuring of visible and ultraviolet light absorbances of the reaction products, by making the alcoholic compound expressed by general chemical formula (I), for example, react with benzyl alcohol, or the mercapto compound replacing -OH by -SH in the formula, for example, benzyl mercaptan, with the polyamide resin. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine oil composition that can be used in a refrigerating machine system using a refrigerant comprising a mixture of an unsaturated fluorohydrocarbon compound, a saturated fluorohydrocarbon compound and CO, which is a refrigerant having a low global warming potential and is usable in particular for a car air conditioner or the like, and has excellent compatibility with the refrigerant and excellent stability.SOLUTION: The refrigerating machine oil composition is used for a refrigerant comprising a mixture of an unsaturated fluorohydrocarbon compound, a saturated fluorohydrocarbon compound and CO. The refrigerating machine oil composition contains a base oil comprising at least one kind selected from polyoxyalkylene glycols, polyvinyl ethers, a copolymer of a poly(oxy)alkylene glycol or a monoether thereof with a polyvinyl ether and polyol esters and having a kinematic viscosity at 100°C of not less than 2 mm/s to not more than 50 mm/s and a hydroxyl value of not more than 5 mgKOH/g.
