PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine oil composition which, in a refrigerating machine using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant, satisfies required performances such as lubricity, compatibility with the refrigerant, stability to heat and hydrolysis, and low hygroscopicity in a balanced manner, by compounding an extreme-pressure agent having a higher wear resistance than a phosphoric ester. SOLUTION: The charged particle beam apparatus has the lubricant applied to the slide portion of a moving member moving in a vacuum chamber, wherein the lubricant satisfies the followings. (1) A cumulative slide time (induction time) for starting decomposition reaction of the lubricant in a depressed state is ≥140 hours. A driving means 50 drives an exhaust control valve 21 for opening and closing the exhaust passage 17 and a powder control valve 41 for opening and closing the powder passage 43 integrally. Thus, a number of the driving means for driving the exhaust control valve 21 and the powder control valve 41 can be reduced.

SOLUTION: The control programs obtained from an external tool 300 are written into a second ROM 13 of each ECU 10 after being accumulated in a RAM 24 of a gateway 20. Thus, after the program data are accumulated in the RAM 24 of the gateway 20, the control programs are written into the ECUs 10 without the need to maintain a connection with the external tool 300. In this way, since the standby time during which the connection with the external tool 300 must be maintained is reduced, when the control programs are continuously written into the plurality of ECUs 10 during the process of manufacturing a vehicle installing a program writing system 1, the time when the external tool 300 is connected to each ECU 10 is reduced to increase overall operational efficiency.
