Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce welding work time by a large margin by outputting a control signal based on an information signal obtained with a groove detection means. CONSTITUTION:Secondary electrons of a detecting electron beam 2 reflected from an object 3 to be welded is detected with a detecting operation for a groove 4 and information signals on the groove position and the groove width of the object 3 are obtained with a groove detection means 70. The obtained information signals are inputted to an operation circuit section 60 from which control signals calculated based on the information signals are outputted. A control device K is controlled with the control signals outputted from the operation circuit section 60. The control device K also drive-controls a welding means which irradiates an electron beam 2 for welding onto the groove 4 of the object 3 to be welded on a movement path corrected corresponding to the groove position by means of the welding means.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce bending force, and also, to improve a yield by providing a clevis corresponding to the bending inside diameter and the plate width, on the side face which becomes the inside diameter side of bending of a band plate which is rolled and comes out, thereafter, executing the bending. CONSTITUTION:A stock 1 rolled by the upper and the lower rolling rollers 2, 4 is fed out forward. Immediately after this rolling, bending moment is added by a bending control means 3 which can move to the right and left from the side direction. By providing a clevis part 5 for reducing a deformed volume quantity N, the bending moment quantity can be reduced. According to this method, the yield of a product can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To interrupt operation of the captioned machine when electrical discharge is produced in an electron gun by detecting a current flowing in a circuit and voltage applied to load, and operating a high-tension interruption device in a state thereof insulated from an earth by means of optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:A high-tension main circuit of an electron beam processing machine is adapted to have a high-tension power source 1, an electron gun 2, and a high-tension interruption device 3, and adapted to interrupt operation of the electron gun 2 by making use of the high-tension interruption device 3 when electrical discharge is produced in the electron gun 2, and return it to an original state after the elapse of prescribed time for protecting the device. A control circuit 4 thereupon receives signals from a beam current detector circuit 6 disposed serially between the high-tension power source 1 and an earth and an accelerating voltage detector circuit 7 arranged parallely to the high-tension main circuit for controlling the high-tension interruption device 3 with use of optical fibers 5. Accordingly, a problem of dielectric strength of the device against the earth can be eliminated to prevent any electrical discharge form being produced in the electron gun 2 for applying the captioned machine with ease to existing processing machines.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of both rear and front plates in welding and obtain a nozzle blade of high precision by providing, in the interior of a hollow nozzle blade, a deformation preventing plate smaller than the external shape of an ultimately aimed nozzle blade by thickness of both rear and front plates of the nozzle blade. CONSTITUTION:A hollow nozzle blade 1 is formed as one body through uniting a rear plate 2, front plate 3 and a joint plate 4 by means of a welding part 5. In this case, when assembly of a joint plate 4 is performed, a deformation preventing plate 11, with the same shape as that of the inner wall side of the rear plate 2 and the front plate 3, is inserted and fixed temporarily. A contour shape 12 of the deformation preventing plate 11 is conformed to the shape smaller than that of the final nozzle blade required from view of design by thickness of the rear plate 2 and the front plate 3. Therefore, in case the rear plate 2 and the front plate 3 are shrunk during the abovementioned uniting of each plate 2-4, deformation of the rear plate 2 and the front plate 3 is prevented by means of the deformation preventing plate 11, and the contour after welding is conformed to the finally required one.

The blank 1 is subjected to bending by the approaching side roll4' from the beginning with preventing the side slippage of the blank 1 by the stepped part A by rolling the blank 1 by guiding it optimally. The bending of the succeeding side roll 4 is therefore made stable and correct and the blank 1 is worked in the prescribed size and curvature with a compact and strong device.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a power feeding device as well as to secure the safe operation area of switching elements by furnishing an integrated control circuit, providing high voltage, high speed cutting-off devices in parallel, and making the cutting-off ability variable responding to a desired output. CONSTITUTION:This control device is composed of a group of a high voltage, high speed cutting-off devices 3, a group of time regulating circuits 4, and an integrated control circuit 9 to integrate the time regulating circuit 4 group. To the integrated control circuit 9, signals from discharge perceiving circuits are input, and the time regulating circuit 4 group and the high voltage high speed cutting-off device 3 group are controlled. The current 10 flowing to an electron gun 2 is divided into currents 101, 102...10N by the high voltage, high speed cutting-off devices 3 respectively. Since the peak current value is divided into the numbers of the high voltage, high speed cutting-off devices 3, the element in each device can be switched within the safe operation area of itself. Moreover, the ON resistance value of the high voltage high speed cutting-off device 3 itself is reduced to one/the numbers of the devices. Consequently, the drop of voltage in the normal condition is reduced, and the load of the power feeding device 1 is decreased.
