    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a crushed product of a small particle size which is free from the contamination of coarse particles and has sharp particle size distribution by slanting the grooves of a rotor and/or a liner in the direction to hinder the flow of a material to be crushed to a parallel with a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: In a mechanical crusher 10, grooves are formed on the outer surface of a rotor 16 and/or the inner surface of a liner 18. The grooves are formed by slanting in the direction to hinder the flow of a material to be crushed to the parallel direction to a rotary shaft 12. The passing velocity toward a discharge opening 22 of crushed particles which entered the clearance between the rotor 16 and the liner 18 is reduced, and the particles are scattered to the supply port side by the recessions of the grooves of the rotor 16. Accordingly, the generation of an excessive vortex is prevented to prevent excessive collision and crushing, and the long retention time of the particles decreases the particle size and prevents the generation of coarse particles at the same time.

SOLUTION: At the time of charging the powder in a powder classifier 1 from a powder charging port 23, the powder is dispersed in the surroundings on the upper surface of a classifying rotor 4 and drops to the inside of the classifying rotor 4 from the powder introducing port 10 of the upper surface of the classifying rotor 4. In such a case, a partition plate 5 is fitted to the outside of the powder introducing port 10 and air is supplied to the outer periphery of the parting plate 5 to make the pressure higher than that in the inside of the powder introducing port 10. Thereby, the powder is hardly carried outside the parting plate 5, the whole powder drops inside the powder introducing port 10 and the deterioration of classifying accuracy and the clogging of the powder between the classifying rotor and the casing are not generated.

    摘要: PURPOSE: To provide a powder classifier without the classified powder being deposited on the inner face of the outer wall of the classifier and enhanced in a recovery rate. CONSTITUTION: A casing 1 is provided with a powder inlet 3 at the center of the upper face and an air inlet around the outer wall. A classifying rotor 4 having an air circulating cavity extending from the circumferential part toward the axial center is provided in the casing and made rotatable by a vertically rotating shaft 8. An annular passage 13 is provided outside the rotor 4 and connected to a coarse powder outlet. Further, an air blowing chamber 33 is formed outside the annular passage through a partition wall 30 having a fine hole, an air pipe 35 is connected to the air blowing chamber 33, and air is sent under pressure and introduced into the annular passage 13 through the partition wall 30. Consequently, the coarse powder sprung out from the rotor is not deposited on the partition wall due to the air delivered through the partition wall, the fine powder is surely sent to a fine powder outlet, and a high recovery rate is realized.

In addition, needle-like members 33 of, for example, comparatively pliable material such as nylon or hard material such as steel wire are implanted collectively in a radial direction on the surface of a drum 32 which is axially attached to the rotary shaft 31 so that these two rotate in one piece. The roll brush 30 is installed so that the tips of the needle-like members 33 follow the surface of an opening to the spray chamber 21 of a feeder pipe 10, and the needle-like members 33 are driven to rotate through a belt 35 by a drive motor 34 provided on the top of a spray container 20. The roll brush 30 can be adjusted appropriately to a rotary speed depending on the extent to which powder it scattered.
