An inner ring 14 is composed of alloy steel including C by 0.1 to 1.2 wt.% and Cr by 1 to 3 wt.%, and adding Mo by 2.0 wt.% or less, and is constituted by setting a residual austenite quantity of its surface layer to 20 to 45 vol%, and setting an average particle size of fine carbide to 2.3 μm or less, by forming the surface layer by carbonitriding processing.
