The obtained improved plasma solution is returned to neutral pH condition or concentrated as necessary.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a fresh cream substitute of natural composition having properties and texture similar to those of fresh cream by blending a creamy fomable fat and oil composition with hydrolase treated lecithin derived from a natural substance. CONSTITUTION:A creamy fomable fat and oil composition is produced by blending 25-55wt.% fats and oils such as coconut oil having 15-46 deg.C melting point of rise with 45-75wt.% aqueous solution containing a milk solid content and 0.05-5wt.% hydrolase treated lecithin and emulsifying. The enzyme treated lecithin contains a lesolecithin component obtained by partially hydrolyzing lecithin prepared from a natural substance such as soybean with an enzyme such as lipase and purifying, has excellent shape retention and thermostability and is capable of producing a fat and oil composition having texture close to a fresh cream having proper overrun.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain an antimicrobial skin drug for external use, containing sucrose ester of a fatty acid, having excellent antimicrobial activity without hormonal side effects, mild even to the skin and useful for treating pimples. CONSTITUTION:The objective substance obtained by containing 0.005wt.% 8-18C sucrose ester of a fatty acid as an active ingredient, suitably blending the above- mentioned active ingredient with an antimicrobial agent, sebum secretion inhibitor, keratolytic agent, humectant, surfactant, thickener, astringent agent, pH adjustor, perfume, coloring matter, alcohol, water, etc., and preparing a pharmaceutical by a conventional method. The drug can be used in the form of a liquid, such as cream, ointment or lotion, and solid, such as face washing agent. The sucrose ester of the fatty acid is designated as a food additive and has high safety in ingestion into the body with hardly any irritancy even to the skin and mucous membrane.

摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a shampoo composition having mitigated skin stimulation without lowering the detergent force and frothing power and giving smooth hair, by compounding a modified lecithin obtained by the partial hydrolysis of a lecithin (1,2-diacylglycerophospholipid) of natural origin. CONSTITUTION:The objective shampoo composition having the above effects contains, as an essential component, a modified lecithin produced by partially hydrolyzing a lecithin (1,2-diacylglycero-phospholipid) of natural origin (e.g. lecithin extracted from soybean or yolk of chicken egg) by conventional method such as the use of phospholipase A2. The amount of the lecithin is preferably 0.01-1.0wt.% based on the whole shampoo composition in the case of using in combination with conventional cleaning surfactant in order to mitigate the skin irritation of a cleaning surfactant and to keep the moistness of the skin and hair or is 1.0-4.0wt.% in the case of using the modified lecithin as the cleaning surfactant.
