PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel control device which can reduce operation workload of a driver when there is a travel environment where acceleration and deceleration are needed ahead of its own vehicle.SOLUTION: The travel control device determines at first whether there is a travel environment where acceleration is needed ahead of own vehicle, and when there is no travel environment where acceleration is needed, controls to travel at constant speed according to the speed of the own vehicle when performing OFF operation of a gas pedal, and when there is a travel environment where acceleration is needed, controls to accelerate the own vehicle with predetermined rate of acceleration. The travel control device controls to cancel acceleration operation of the own vehicle, when ON operation of the brake is performed, and then controls to perform constant speed travel according to the speed of the own vehicle when performing OFF operation of the brake.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller capable of preventing a driver from receiving a sense of incongruity when the driver performs a braking operation during vehicle speed control. SOLUTION: The vehicle controller for controlling a vehicle speed of its own vehicle includes: a braking operation detecting means for detecting a braking operation of a driver of the own vehicle; and a control switching means for, when the driver performs the braking operation of the own vehicle during the vehicle speed control, prohibiting release of the vehicle speed control in the case where stepping force in the braking operation is not more than a threshold value, switching to the vehicle speed control in the braking operation different from a normal vehicle speed control; and switching from the vehicle speed control in the braking operation to the normal vehicle speed control in the case where the driver of the own vehicle ends the braking operation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control technique for a vehicle, traveling the vehicle according to a target vehicle speed by giving a priority to suppression of fuel consumption when warming-up of an internal combustion engine is completed, and by promoting warming-up when the warming-up is not completed. SOLUTION: A HVECU 100 of the hybrid vehicle 1 is provided with a function to run the hybrid vehicle 1 according to the target vehicle speed when the target vehicle speed is set in a vehicle speed region set in advance. When the warming-up of the internal combustion engine 10 is completed, acceleration inertia travel for traveling the vehicle according to the target vehicle speed is performed by alternately performing acceleration travel operating the internal combustion engine 10 as a prime mover and inertia travel stopping the operation of the internal combustion engine 10 in the vehicle speed region.
