Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating grease composition affording stable friction characteristics and lubricity in a rolling slip sliding part. SOLUTION: The lubricating grease composition is obtained by mixing a mixed thickener composed of a mixture of (a) a urea-based compound, (b) a fatty acid metal salt, (c) one or more kinds of amide compounds selected from an aliphatic amide represented by general formula (I) R 1 CONH 2 (wherein, R 1 represents a 15-17C alkyl group) and an aliphatic bisamide represented by general formula (II) R 1 CONHR 2 NHCOR 1 (wherein, R 2 represents a methylene group or an ethylene group) in the relationship of 0.20-10 compounding ratio a/(b+c) of (a), (b) and (c) in (1) 1-10 compounding ratio of the (a) component, (2) 0.5-2.5 compounding ratio of the (b) component and (3) 0.5-2.5 compounding ratio of the (c) component as a thickener component. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide grease for a high-speed bearing sufficiently complying with high-speed revolution with a dmN value of ≥1,700,000 and allowing compactification and reduction in operation cost of a machine tool. SOLUTION: The grease for a high-speed bearing is obtained by blending a non-urea grease, which uses a composite amide lithium soap having an amide bond in a molecule as a thickener, with a urea grease using an urea compound as a thickener. The urea compound is obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate component with a monoamine component, and the monoamine component contains 46 mol% or more of aliphatic monoamines for the whole of monoamines. Abstract: A grease for a high-speed bearing which can sufficiently accommodate high-speed rotation with a dmN value of 1,700,000 or above and which enables compactification of machine tools and operating cost reduction, more specifically, a grease for high-speed bearings which comprises both a urea grease containing a urea compound as the thickening agent and a non-urea grease containing a composite amide lithium soap having an amide linkage in the molecule as the thickening agent, wherein the urea compound is a compound prepared by reacting a polyisocyanate component with a monoamine component, with the monoamine component containing an aliphatic monoamine in an amount of 46% by mole or above of the whole monoamine component.

Abstract: Lubricating grease composition comprising: (i) a base oil; and (ii) a thickener system comprising (i) a lithium soap of a first carboxylic acid selected from C12-C24 hydroxy carboxylic acids and (ii) a lithium soap of a second carboxylic acid selected from C12-C24 branched carboxylic acids, C12-C24 dihydroxy carboxylic acids and mixtures thereof. The lubricating grease compositions according to the present invention have improved oil bleeding and shear stability properties, as well as improved grease lifetime and increased relubrication intervals.
