    摘要: 本発明の配管接続方法は、接続しようとする2つの配管200,200をろう付けによって接続する配管接続方法であって、2つの配管の内部にバーナー500の排気ガスGを導入した後、ろう付けすることを特徴とする配管接続方法である。このため、2つの配管の内部の空気がバーナーの排気ガスで置換された状態でろう付けを行うこととなるため、配管の内面に酸化皮膜が形成されてしまうことがなくなり、酸化皮膜の形成に起因して、空気調和装置の性能が低下したり、空気調和装置自体が故障したりすることがなくなる。また、設置箇所に窒素ボンベを持参する必要も、配管の接続を行うのに先立って配管中に窒素ガスを放出させる必要も、室外ユニット等に窒素ガス等を充填しておく必要もなくなる。このため、配管接続作業を煩雑にさせたり、空気調和装置の製造コストを増大させたりすることのない配管接続方法となる。
