PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for identifying and detecting an object and a tool which are very small in size through a visual process. SOLUTION: An identification constitution component 34 made of a polmeric material tinted with a neon colored pigment is mounted on a tool 14, 16, and 18 used in a work area 12, or a body, and made to intensely luminesce with fluorescent-like glow when illuminated with a light of a certain wavelength. This system employs a light source 26 having an optical coating over a lens which passed only light of a predetermined wavelength. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect even small contamination regardless of color that a target itself has, by providing a fluorescent reagent onto the target surface where contamination containing protein adheres to and then applying ultraviolet rays, and observing fluorescence intensity from the surface. SOLUTION: Fluorescamin, vanillin, or the like is used as a fluorescent reagent. In the case of fluorescamin, it is allowed to react with protein at normal temperatures. On the other hand, in the case of vanillin, it is provided on a target surface and then is heated to a specific temperature for sufficient reaction. A fluorescent reagent is provided by spraying onto the target surface. Articles around water include a room-constituting material of a toilet or the like and an indoor facility. The indoor facility includes a toilet stool made of ceramics or the like such as an excrement toilet stool, a kitchen sink, and the like. For judgment, for example, fluorescamin is sprayed onto the contaminated target surface containing protein, and ultraviolet rays are applied, thus observing fluorescent intensity from the target surface. PURPOSE:To view exactly a solder resist whose coating is thin by mixing a fluorescent material into a synthetic resin of a solder resist, and generating a fluorescence by irradiating an ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole 5 for inserting a lead of parts loaded on a face A of printed board is provided on a land 3 of an electric conductor pattern of a face B of an insulating plate 1 of the printed board, and in order to detect an existence of a thin film 6 of a solder resist 4 which becomes a fault when the lead of parts is connected by solder in the land 3 part, a fluorescent material is mixed in advance into a synthetic resin of a solder resist. A thin film 6 of the solder resist 4 is detected visually by irradiating an ultraviolet ray of an ultraviolet lamp 8.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter pair capable of recognizing a non-fluorescent region of an object better.SOLUTION: The transmission characteristic of an illumination light filter is the sum of a first partial characteristic and a second partial characteristic. The transmission characteristic of an observation light filter includes at least one third partial characteristic. The first partial characteristic has transmittance whose wavelength range has a value greater than a first value in a wavelength lower than a threshold value wavelength. The second partial characteristic has a second wavelength range whose transmittance has a value smaller than a second value but greater than a third value in a wavelength higher than the threshold value wavelength. The transmittance of the illumination light filter has a value smaller than a fourth value between the first and second wavelength ranges. The third partial characteristic has a third wavelength range whose transmittance has a value greater than the first value in the wavelength higher than the threshold value wavelength. The fourth value is smaller than the third value, the third value is smaller than the second value, and the second value is smaller than the first value.
