    SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has at least a photosensitive layer and a surface layer on a conductive support and is characterized in that: the surface layer comprises at least a crosslinked surface layer by curing a monomer mixture of (A) radical polymerizable monomers having three or more functional groups and no charge transporting structure and (B) a radical polymerizable compound having a charge transporting structure; the surface roughness Ra of the crosslinked surface layer is 0.2 μm or less; and the peeling strength of the crosslinked surface layer is 0.2 N/mm or more measured by a SAICAS (surface and interfacial cutting analysis) method.
