摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a wideband filter circuit for passing a desired wave component of an input high frequency signal and attenuating a harmonic component that is an integral multiple of the desired wave.SOLUTION: The filter circuit is a notch filter for passing a desired wave component of an input high frequency signal and attenuating a third-order harmonic component that is a triple of the desired wave. The notch filter includes: first and second inductors L1, L2 connected in series between a signal line for propagating the high frequency signal and a power line; a first variable capacitor C1 connected between a junction of the first inductor L1 and the second inductor L2 and the power line; and a second variable capacitor C2 connected between the signal line and the power line. The frequency of the desired wave component is adjusted by capacitance values of the first and second variable capacitors C1, C2, and the frequency of the third-order harmonic component is adjusted by the capacitance value of the first variable capacitor C1.
