Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration speaker which has advantages such as small cubic volume and small wear rate and simplifies the structure thereby enabling easy assembling.SOLUTION: A vibration speaker includes: an upper lid; a lower lid; at least one transducer chip, and at least one conductive terminal. The upper lid and the lower lid define a housing space and the transducer chip and the conductive terminal are installed therein. Each transducer chip includes a conductive chip. A first smart material is applied to a first surface of the conductive chip, and a first electrode layer is formed on the first smart material. The conductive terminal is provided astride the transducer chip. An space between the first surface and the conductive terminal is an area that does not have the first electrode layer, and an insulation layer is formed thereon. The insulation layer enables the conductive terminal and the first electrode layer to contact with each other and creates electric continuity therebetween. However, the insulation layer electrically insulates the conductive terminal from the conductive chip.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric film having high electrical resistance and excellent durability; a method for producing the dielectric film; and a transducer having large displacement and excellent durability. SOLUTION: The dielectric film is composed of a three-dimensional crosslinked body that is synthesized from an organic metal compound, a rubber polymer that is other than a polydimethylsiloxane and has a functional group reactive with the organic metal compound, and an inorganic filler having a functional group reactive with the organic metal compound. The transducer is configured by interposing the dielectric film at least between a pair of electrodes. The dielectric film can be produced by preparing a first solution containing a rubber polymer and an inorganic filler in a solvent dissolvable of the rubber polymer and chelating the organic metal compound, then preparing a second solution by mixing the organic metal compound into the first solution, and then removing the solvent from the second solution and having a crosslinking reaction proceed. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium diaphragm, which is hardly influenced by oxidation and realizes high internal loss, prevention against a decrease in sensitivity, and low distortion, and its manufacturing method, and a speaker for high-frequency reproduction which uses the diaphragm. SOLUTION: In a rolling process, the quantity of rolling that a rolling machine 23 perform at each time is 1 to 20 μm and a base material 20 of magnesium is rolled by rolling rollers 21a, 21b, 21c, and 21d while heated in a thermostatic chamber 22. Consequently, manufactured is a magnesium sheet 24 of 30 to 100 μm which is hardly influenced by oxidation and realizes high internal loss, prevention against a decrease in sensitivity, and low distortion. This magnesium sheet 24 is formed into a semidome or dome shape to manufacture a speaker system for high-frequency reproduction at low cost. Specially, a magnesium diaphragm having a dome part and a magnesium diaphragm molded in one body is capable of reproduction of high quality in a high-frequency range without any decrease in sensitivity. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a peak from generating in a high frequency band and to improve an inherent sound by using a metallic material in which lead compounds are produced at least in some part of a fine pore of an anodic oxide film. CONSTITUTION:An anodized Al foil 1 is anode-oxidized to produce an anodic oxide coat 2 thereon. Having formed said coat 2 in this way, the foil 1 is impregnated with PbS. Thus a part 3 filled with PbS (includes PbS oxide film layer) is formed in its fine pore of the coat 2. Besides the above method, it is applicable that with use of an appropriate means a lead compound is filled in the fine pore or the fine pore is sealed with the lead compound. Once this diaphragm is made available, the lead compound serves for preventing the occurrence of a peak in a high frequency, which is caused by enhancing the resonance sharpness of a metallic material and for improving an inherent sound.
