SOLUTION: In the method of switching the powder coating material of the electrostatic powder coating for charging the powder coating material to be put on and applying it to an object 21 to be coated, a powder coating booth 10 which has an electrode 25 disposed inside so as to be taken out and makes the powder coating material be electrostatically attracted to the object 21 to be coated that is passing through is constituted of a housing 11 and an exchange booth 12 disposed on the inner side of the housing 11 so as to be taken out and attached. When switching the powder coating material, the exchange booth 12 in which the powder coating material is present is taken out from the housing 11 and a new exchange booth is disposed in the housing 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a practical method that forms a resin film on the inner surface of a piping component, made of an iron material, using fluid resin powder.SOLUTION: The formation of the resin film by making the fluid resin powder flow on the inner surface of the piping component is carried out in the following manner. One connection portion of the heated piping component is connected to an inlet pipe leading into the fluid resin powder in a fluid tank, the other connection portion thereof is connected to an outlet pipe leading to a dust collector, and the pressure of the fluid tank is increased to push the fluid resin powder into the inlet pipe and make the resin powder flow into the piping component, if necessary, while rotating or inclining the piping component, thereby forming the resin film. The fluid resin powder passing through the piping component is separated into resin powder and air by the dust collector and recovered.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost powdered resin dipping treatment method and device capable of controlling the surface height of a powdered resin with high precision and unnecessary for a complicated control using a level sensor or the like. SOLUTION: The powdered resin dipping treatment device has a grasping part 60 grasping an object W to be dipped into the powdered resin R, a first powder container 40 holding the powdered resin R, a second powder container 30 capable of being housed inside the first powder container 40 and holding the powdered resin R, a filling means of filling the powdered resin R to be levelled up to the upper end face of the second powder container 30, and a dipping means of dipping the object W grasped by the grasping part 60 into the powdered resin R filled in the second powder container 30. The filling process of filling the powdered resin R to the upper end face even position of the second powder container 30 and the dipping process of dipping the object W into the powdered resin R filled in the second powder container 30 are repeatedly carried out.
