PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a CFRP body with a metal body, which is effective for prevention of electrolytic corrosion and has excellent connecting strength and a high degree of freedom of design.SOLUTION: An attachment composed of an insulating thermoplastic resin is joined with a carbon fiber-reinforced resin (CFRP) body, and a metal body is connected to the attachment.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator suitable for a fuel cell (solid polymer type fuel cell in particular) and an industrially advantageously manufacturing method of the separator. SOLUTION: The separator for a solid polymer type fuel cell is prepared by molding using a resin molding method a resin composition containing a conductive agent and a radical polymerization thermosetting resin. The conductive agent may be a carbon powder. The radical polymerization thermosetting resin may be composed of a radical polymerization resin (vinyl ester type resin in particular) and a radical polymerization diluting agent. The double bond equivalent of the radical polymerization resin is about 200 to 1,000 and the glass transition temperature of a hardened product is preferably 120 deg.C or higher. The ratio (weight ratio) of the conductive agent to the radical polymerization thermosetting resin is about 55/45 to 95/5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material molded product in which the fiber-reinforced composite material is hardly warped even when a thermoplastic resin is injection-molded, and a method for producing the molded product. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced composite material molded product 1 in which the thermoplastic resin 20 is injection-molded into the shape of a lattice on one side of the fiber-reinforced composite material 10 in which reinforcement fibers are impregnated with a matrix resin to be joined/unified and the method for producing the molded product 1 are disclosed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a tubular body and to prevent a decrease in its strength by specifying a resin impregnating amount of a prepreg obtained by impregnating pitch carbon fibers with resin and a resin impregnating amount of at least one of prepregs obtained by impregnating PAN carbon fibers for constituting an inner surface layer and an outer surface layer with resin. SOLUTION: A sheet-like prepreg 7 obtained by impregnating pitch carbon fibers 2 with an epoxy resin 3 is wound on a mandrel 4 to constitute an intermediate layer B. A resin impregnating amount of the prepreg 7 then is 23 wt.% or above. Sheet-like prepregs 5, 6, 8 obtained by impregnating PAN carbon fibers 1 with the resin 3 are formed. They are wound on the mandrel 4 to constitute inner surface layers A1, A2 and an outer surface layer C1. Here, resin impregnating amounts of the prepregs 5, 6, 8 are 15 to 23 wt.%. Thus, a lightening can be realized and the tubular body having almost no decrease in a strength nevertheless of the lightening can be manufactured.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-electroconductive resin composition containing at least two kinds of conductive fillers, wherein the difference in threshold values of percolation between at least two kinds of the conductive fillers is within a range of 10 to 50 mass%. SOLUTION: The semi-electroconductive resin composition of the present invention can be used widely in various form of molded products, such as component used for transport in a clean room, spin chuck, IC test socket, various rollers installed in copier, seamless belt, bearing, antistatic fiber, member for electrostatic coating, fuel tube, part around fuel or chemical tube.
