PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that an automobile with a conventional internal combustion engine using biofuel emits a large amount of CO2, which causes global warming and draining oil resources in future, and further an electric automobile 1, proposed for a countermeasure, has a traveling distance per one charging, remarkably shorter than that of the automobile with the internal combustion engine, which prevents the electric automobile from being widely used. SOLUTION: This electric minicar 1 is provided with a solar power generation device 3 of less than 1/10 of motor rating, capable of being charged even during parking and stopping for a long time with a large amount of current for a short time necessary for the minicar in starting and traveling on upward slope, and a wind power generation device 3 having a generating capacity same as or larger than the motor rating, capable of being charged during traveling to compensate electricity used in traveling. SOLUTION: When this wind power generating apparatus is set in the automobile or the train, wind 1 generated in running enters a wind tunnel 2, vanes 3 are rotated by the wind, and the shaft 4 of the vanes is rotated to cause power generation in the power generating apparatus 5. The area of the power generating apparatus 5 is taken in the car body.

SOLUTION: In the electric vehicle of an in-wheel drive and tandem wheel type suspension where each wheel is divided into two in front and in rear, the front part and the rear part of the front wheel are arranged spacing a certain distance so that the getting in and off of the vehicle is facilitated.
