    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one step method for producing a polyisocyanate having a biuret structure on the basis of an isocyanate having an isocyanate group bound to an aromatic group without forming an undesired solid product by- produced on the reaction of an isocyanate with an organic diamine. SOLUTION: This method for producing a polyisocyanate having a biuret structure comprises continuously mixing an organic diisocyanate having an isocyanate group bound to an aromatic group with an organic diamine having an amino group bound to an aromatic group in a mixing chamber in a molar ratio of at least 8:1, reacting the mixture at a temperature of >180 deg.C and controlling the retention time of the reaction mixture in the mixing chamber from the mixing time of the organic diisocyanate with the organic diamine maximally to 60sec.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a water-soluble or water-compatible aqueous blocked polyisocyanate compound, stably usable in a low temperature aqueous system and useful as a crosslinking agent, etc., for aqueous polymer compounds by blocking isocyanate groups in a compound with a specific thermally dissociable blocking agent. CONSTITUTION:A blocked polyisocyanate compound obtained by blocking NCO groups of a polyisocyanate compound with at least one thermally dissociable blocking agent in which at least one of the blocking agent has tertiary nitrogen atom and phenolic hydroxyl group in one molecule and at least part of the abovementioned tertiary nitrogen atom forms an organic acid salt expressed by formula I (R to R are monovalent organic group except H; Q(-) is organic acid anion residue), an inorganic acid salt expressed by formula II (Y(-) is inorganic acid anion residue or halide ion) or a quaternary ammonium salt expressed by formula III (R is same as R ; X(-) is monovalent anion).
