    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a nonaqueous electrolyte with which a battery having good overall performance balance between durability and performances, such as capacity, resistance and output characteristics, can be obtained; and a nonaqueous electrolyte battery in which the nonaqueous electrolyte is used.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte for a nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode capable of absorbing/desorbing metal ions. The nonaqueous electrolyte contains, together with an electrolyte and a nonaqueous solvent, a compound including a structure represented by the following general formula (A) and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a halide cyclic carbonate compound, a nitryl compound, an isocyanate compound, a difluorophosphate, and a monofluorosulfonate. (In the formula (A), R-Rrepresent an organic group that may have a substituent having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, Rand Rbond to each other to form a ring, and Rand R, and Rand Rdo not bond, respectively.)
