    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel optically active 3-oxopyrazolidine derivative bearing a trifluoromethyl group, and a manufacturing method for optically active amines using the same. SOLUTION: The optically active 3-oxopyrazolidine derivative is represented by general formula (1). The manufacturing method for the optically active amines bearing a trifluoromethyl group comprises ring-opening the oxopyrazolidine derivative by a reduction catalyst followed by an acid treatment. In the formula, R 1 and R 2 are each a hydrogen atom or 1-4C alkyl, and R 3 is 1-10C alkyl, optionally substituted phenyl, optionally substituted 1-naphthyl, optionally substituted 2-naphthyl, optionally substituted arylethylenyl, or optionally substituted arylalkyl.
