    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive sheet having initial tackiness, capable of adhering a metal to an organic material or the like, and having high adhesive strength and the adhesive strength hardly degrading by a temperature change.SOLUTION: The tacky adhesive sheet 1 has both of tackiness and adhesiveness and comprises a first release sheet 21A, a tacky adhesive layer 11 and a second release sheet 21B, wherein the tacky adhesive constituting the tacky adhesive layer 11 comprises one or more compounds selected from a vinyl formal resin, a rubber elastic epoxy resin and a core-shell particulate rubber, and an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin and a curing agent. After the tacky adhesive layer 11 is cured at 180°C for one hour, the layer shows a peak of glass transition temperature Tg within the range from 30 to 70°C. Further, the layer shows each one, in total two Tg peaks in the range from 30 to 70°C and in the range from 90 to 150°C, or one Tg in the range from 30 to 70°C and no Tg in the range from 90 to 150°C.
