    摘要: PURPOSE: A method of making a wall panel which is exchangeable and a pillar on which plants can be planted and grown is provided. By the method, an artificial forest is created on the wall panel and pillar, plants such as ginseng, Aster scaber Thunb., Codonopsis lanceolata or the like which are growing in the shade can be planted and grown. CONSTITUTION: An exchangeable wall panel is fixed to a pillar to construct a building with several floors to plant plants(9,10). The panel has an inner jaw higher than an outer jaw to promote drainage when it rains or when plants are watered indoors. To control the room temperature, glass panes are constructed in the building, several materials such as loess, gypsum, bricks or the like are placed inside the building to plant lawn, flowers or the like. In the method of making the pillar, an H-beam(6) having strength sturdy enough to support the load of the building is inserted into steel pipes which have several holes on its surface to plant plants, the steel pipes are then filled with a mixture of loess, gypsum, lime, gravel, manure or the like to grow seeds or flowers within several holes.

CONSTITUTION: Silicon is coated on the surface of natural stone and reinforcing gypsum is covered on the surface of the natural stone and coagulated to give a first silicon molding frame. Gypsum is poured into the inside of the first silicon-molding frame, reinforcing gypsum is covered on the surface of the natural stone and coagulated, the inside of the gypsum is dug out in the shape equal to a product to give a gypsum molding frame. Silicon is coated on the surface of the gypsum molding frame and coagulated to give a second silicon-molding frame. A mixture of 65% by weight of polyethylene, 20 to 30% by weight of stone powder, 3 to 5% by weight of red lead and 0.2 to 1% by weight of a curing agent is poured into the second silicon molding frame and dismantled after drying.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A structural panel having a radiated far infrared ray and process for producing thereof are provided which has improved deodorization and antibiosis effect by using an artificial panel and a tile. CONSTITUTION: A structural panel is comprised of 10-20% by weight of plaster, 20-30% by weight of yellow earth, 10-20% by weight of charcoal powder, 50-60% by weight of cellulose and fibrous sludge solved pulp and 10% by weight of grass liquid and additive. The panel is prepared by following the steps of: solving a cellulose, paper and fibrous sludge to prepare of pulp; dividing, purifying and selecting a yellow earth; classifying and pulvurizing a charcoal to powderize it; mixing 10-20% by weight of plaster, 20-30% by weight of yellow earth, 10-20% by weight of charcoal powder, 50-60% by weight of pulp and 10% by weight of grass liquid and additive to blend it; forming a blended mixture to dry it at 200-270°C; and then cutting the formed material with panel shape.
