    摘要: A foam composition is provided to form a homogeneous polymer foaming structure, to offer good dielectric properties for the improvement of electrical conductivity in the cable field, and to minimize the amount of expensive fluorinated polymer. A foam composition includes a polymer having a melting point of 250 °C or higher, and an organic salt which is a chemical foaming agent having a decomposition temperature higher than the melting point of the polymer. The organic salt is selected from the group comprising citrate derivatives, stannate derivatives, or mixtures thereof. The polymer is a fluorinated polymer. The foam composition further contains a cohesive agent. The cohesive agent is contained in an amount of 0.2-2wt% of the composition.

    摘要: An extruded foam sheet of a crosslinked polyolefin resin. It can have a reduced thickness while retaining excellent flexibility and heat resistance. The foam sheet is obtained by supplying to an extruder a polyolefin resin and a heat decomposition type blowing agent, melt-kneading the ingredients, extruding the mixture from the extruder into a sheet form, and foaming the resultant foamable polyolefin resin sheet. The foam sheet of a crosslinked polyolefin resin is characterized in that the foam sheet has a degree of crosslinking of 5 to 60 wt.% and a cell aspect ratio (average MD cell diameter/average CD cell diameter) of from 0.25 to 1 and that the polyolefin resin comprises at least 40 wt.% polyethylene resin obtained with, as a polymerization catalyst, a metallocene compound containing a tetravalent transition metal.
