    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of continuous carbon nano-tubes and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to reduce the consumption of introducing gas such as carbon sources, hydrogen, and nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of continuous carbon nano-tubes includes the following: carbon nano-tubes are generated by reacting a catalyst and reactive gas containing carbon sources, reduction gas, and inert gas; the generated carbon nano-tubes are separated from mixed gas; the separated mixed gas is filtered to remove a part or whole of the reduction gas; and the filtered mixed gas is re-circulated to the carbon nano-tube generating process.     Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuously producing carbon nano-tubes is provided to successively pass a catalyst coated substrate through a heating chamber, a reacting chamber, and a cooling chamber using a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(10) conveys a catalyst coated substrate. An inlet(1) introduces the substrate into an apparatus for continuously producing carbon nano-tubes. A heating chamber(2) heats the substrate. A reacting chamber(3) generates carbon nano-tubes by applying CH-containing gas toward the heated substrate. A cooling chamber(4) cools the substrate on which the carbon nano-tubes. An outlet(6) discharges the cooled substrate. One or complex gas of inert gases are supplied to the heating chamber. One or complex gas of hydrogen, ethylene, and argon is supplied to the reacting chamber.

The nozzle sprays the catalytic solution into the reactor. The first collecting part collects catalytic particles formed in the reactor based on the size of the particles. The second collecting part collects remained catalytic particles through the first collecting part.
