    摘要: A wet fiber based composition that includes wet glass fibers, a water dispersible polymeric resin, and gypsum is provided. Components including melamine formaldehyde, a filler material, coupling agents, acetic acid, an accelerator, and/or a hardener may also be added to the composition. The gypsum may be a-gypsum, beta-gypsum, or combinations thereof. The wet glass fibers are wet chopped glass fibers or a wet continuous roving. The combination of the wet glass fibers, the water dispersible polymeric resin, and the gypsum have a synergistic effect that creates a composite product that is water resistant, fire resistant, and has improved mechanical properties. In one exemplary embodiment, the wet fiber based composition is used to form a gypsum board that can be molded into various composite products. In other exemplary embodiments, thin multi-ply gypsum boards may be formed by alternately layering glass mats with layers of a gypsum/polymer slurry.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A polymer cement concrete composition and an overlay pavement method of concrete structure using thereof are provided to extend concrete setting time by using polymer-based binder which is a mixture of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) latex, styrene acrylic ester latex, and polyacrylic acid emulsion, thereby improving workability. CONSTITUTION: A polymer cement concrete composition comprises 5-20 weight% of cement based binding material, 38-60 weight% of fine aggregate, 25-50 weight% of coarse aggregate, 0.5-7 weight% of water, and 0.5-12 weight% of polymer based binding material. The polymer based binding material comprises 84-99.7 weight% of SBR latex, 0.1-15 weight% of styrene acrylic ester latex which is used for improving bending property and durability, and 0.1-7 weight% of polyacrylic acid emulsion which is for improving hygroscopicity and adhesion. An overlay pavement method of concrete structure comprises the following steps: eliminating deterioration site of the concrete; spreading at least one primer which is selected from the SBR latex, polyacrylate ester, acryl, and ethyl vinyl acetate on deterioration site of the concrete; placing polymer cement concrete composition; and spreading curing agent top of the placed polymer cement concrete composition.
