    摘要: A method for manufacturing an insulation material for a thermal storage heater is provided to minimize breakage during molding by making an under mold by covering a first mold with a first soft mold and an upper mold by covering a second mold with a second soft mold, and softly covering the ceramic fiber mixture. The method for manufacturing an insulation material(30) for a thermal storage heater comprises the steps of: preparing an under mold by putting a first soft mold(M12) on the upside of a first mold forming the shape of a lower part of the insulation material, in the same shape; preparing an upper mold by putting a second soft mold(M22) on the upside of a second mold forming the shape of an upper part of the insulation material, in the same shape; injecting the ceramic fiber mixture into the first soft mold of the under mold; pressing and drying the ceramic fiber mixture applied on the under mold, by the upper mold; and separating the ceramic fiber mixture covered with the first and second soft molds(S50).
