    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic compound and the organic light-emitting device including thereof are provided to improve the solubility and thermal stability of the compound, and to improve the driving voltage, the efficiency, and the chromatic purity of the organic light-emitting device. CONSTITUTION: An organic compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1~R8 are 5 or 6-membered cyclic substituents or a linear substituents, respectively. R1~R14 are hydrogen, a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group of C1~C50, a substituted or non-substituted alkoxy group of C1~C50, a substituted or non-substituted aryl group of C6~C50, a substituted or non-substituted heteroaryl group of C2~C50, a substituted or non-substituted cycloalkyl group of C5~C50, a substituted or non-substituted hetero cycloalkyl group of C5~C30, or -N(Z1)(Z2).
