    摘要: Disclosed is an adhesive composition which primarily comprises a polymer produced by the copolymerization of a monomer composition comprising styrene, a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having a linear structure, a (meth)acrylic acid ester having an aliphatic ring and a (meth)acrylic acid ester having an aromatic ring, wherein the mass of styrene is 40 to 69 parts by mass, the mass of the (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having a linear structure is 20 to 30 parts by mass, the mass of the (meth)acrylic acid ester having an aliphatic ring is 10 to 25 parts by mass, and the mass of the (meth)acrylic acid ester having an aromatic ring is 1 to 5 parts by mass, provided that the total amount of the components is defined as 100 parts by mass. The adhesive composition shows high adhesion strength under a high temperature environment, has high heat resistance and alkali resistance, and can be detached readily from a semiconductor wafer or the like even after undergoing a high-temperature process.

CONSTITUTION: A two-component type acrylic adhesive composition for structure is composed of a base material and a hardener. The base material comprises methyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid or acrylic acid, N,N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl)-p-toluidine or N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine, 1,4-naphthoquinone, a mixture including butylbenzylphthalate and methylmethacrylate, a mixture including butyrated hydroxytoluene, butyl benzyl phthalate and methylmethacrylate, phosphoric acid 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate ester, a mixture including chloroprene rubber and methylmethacrylate, and opaque methacrylate-butadiene-styrene. The hardener contains benzoyl peroxide, an epoxy resin, dipropyl glycol dibenzoate, and a butadiene based impact reinforcement.
