    摘要: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a porous fiber phase carbon material is provided to improve strength and to obtain the carbon material which is applicable as an adsorbent. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a porous fiber phase carbon material comprises: a step of pre-treating a natural fiber with 1-50% of a sodium hydroxide(NaOH) solution for a predetermined time(S10); a step of washing and drying the pre-treated natural fiber(S30); a step of stabilizing the natural fiber at 200-350 Deg. C. for 10 minutes to 5 hours(S30); a step of carbonizing the natural fiber at 500-1200 Deg. C. for 1 minute to 5 hours(S40); and a step of activating the carbonized natural fiber at 500-1200 Deg. C. for 1 minute to 10 hours(S50). The natural fiber includes kenaf, jute, bamboo fiber, coir fiber, or rice straw fiber.     摘要: Combination twisted yarn for felt of a paper machine and manufacture method are provided to improve elasticity in a direction of thickness, compressibility, and absorptive capacity during shelf life. Base fabric contains at least one of combination yarns of filaments manufactured out of polyamide and thermoplastic polyurethane. The base fabric is useful for a coating material for a paper machine or textile for another industrial process. The combination yarn is obtained by the steps of: supplying the polyamide and the thermoplastic polyurethane monofilament to a twisting machine at velocity of 5-50m/min.; and then twisting the supplied monofilaments on over 0.1cN/tex, preferably on 0.2-4cN/tex and most preferably on tension of 0.3-0.8cN/tex.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing silicon carbide fiber with a uniform nanoporous structure. The method includes the following steps: i) controlling the content and distribution of oxygen, which is mixed into fiber by stabilizing organic polymer precursor fiber of silicon carbide by oxidation; and ii) treating the fiber stabilized by oxidation with heat to transform the fiber into an inorganic material and to pyrolize the fiber. According to the present invention, the size of a pore of the fiber and a pore structure distribution are controlled by a simple and easy method of controlling conditions of stabilization and a thermal treatment. Therefore, the silicon carbide fiber having a very uniform nanopore structure formed on an inner side and an outer side of the fiber. The silicon carbide fiber having a uniform nanopore structure formed therein has a large specific surface area and can be controlled to have various shapes. Therefore, the silicon carbide fiber can be applied as a functional material for an electrolyte membrane, a high-temperature filter or a carrier for a catalyst.
