摘要: 금속을반응성용액에노출시켜금속의온도를낮추고, 예를들어재료를제거하거나재료를첨가하여, 화학반응을통해금속의표면을개질함으로써금속을처리하기위한기술이기재되어있다. 개시된기술은순수를수반하는종래의냉각기술에비해금속의온도를낮출수 있는속도를유리하게증가시킬수 있고, 금속제조속도를증가시킬수 있고, 금속제조공정의전체복잡성을감소시킬수 있다. 개시된기술은또한이용가능한표면처리의범위를유리하게확장시킬수 있고, 더빠른표면처리공정을가능하게할 수있고, 표면처리공정동안유해화학물질의사용을줄이거나없앨수 있다. 이러한이점은일어나거나상승온도에서더 효율적으로일어나는화학가공처리를이용함으로써발생할수 있다.

摘要: PURPOSE: A method for processing the surface of a super-hydrophobic aluminum substrate and the aluminum substrate of which the surface becomes super-hydrophobic by the same are provided to improve durability in the hierarchical structure of the modified surface and to remove temperature limit and time limit for the super-hydrophobicity of the surface, thereby applying a material having the surface to various fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing the surface of a super-hydrophobic aluminum substrate includes: a step of forming a micro terrace structure on the surface with etching the substrate using an acid solution; a step of forming a leaf structure-induced hierarchical structure on the micro terrace structure with treating the substrate using a solution having halogen ions; and a step of modifying the surface using a fluorine-based compound. 摘要: 본 발명은 알루미늄 합금 시트 및 스트립에 화성 처리 피막을 형성하기 위한 표면 처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 시트 또는 스트립은 열처리 단계와, 그에 이어 액체에서 냉각하는 단계로 이루어진 제조 절차에서 얻어지는 것이고, 상기 화성 처리는 냉각 액체를 사용하여 실시된다. 상기 냉각 액체는 금속 Si, Ti, Zr, Ce, Mn, Mo 또는 V 중 적어도 하나의 염을 1 내지 10 중량% 함유하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명은, 특히 스폿 용접 또는 접합을 위한 제어된 산화물 표면을 필요로 하는 자동차 산업의 차체 부품의 제조용 시트 및 스트립 용례에 적용된다.

摘要: PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a fin material made of aluminum in which a non-chromium type conversion treatment agent harmless for the environment is used, and by which required performances of corrosion resistance and moisture resistance are satisfied and to provide a hydrophilized fin material made of aluminum. CONSTITUTION: In the process where an aluminum base material for a fin material is subjected to conversion treatment, a chemical conversion coating is deposited while maintaining a conversion treatment solution to the following compositional ranges under the conditions of the solution temperature of 30 to 70°C and the treatment time of 1 to 10 sec. The surface of the chemical conversion coating is deposited with a corrosion resistant coating and/or a hydrophilized coating composed of water based resin: zirconium ions of 10 to 10,000 ppm, phosphoric ions of 10 to 10,000 ppm, aluminum ions of 100 to 10,000 ppm, effective fluorine ions of 1 to 500 ppm, organic acid having one or more phenolic hydroxyl groups in the molecule of 10 to 10,000 ppm, and pH of 1.0 to 4.0.
