    Abstract: This disclosure relates to intelligent network service provisioning. In some aspects, a method includes receiving, via one or more application programming interfaces (APIs), a request for provisioning wireless network services on a mobile device, the request identifying target attributes associated with the wireless network services. The method includes identifying, using a trained machine-learning model, at least one mobile network operator (MNO) satisfying corresponding target attributes associated with at least a portion of the wireless network services. The method includes generating a subscriber identification module (SIM) profile request corresponding to the at least one MNO, which is transmitted to retrieve a corresponding SIM profile associated with the at least one MNO. The method includes receiving the corresponding SIM profile associated with the at least one MNO. The method includes provisioning one or more SIMs of the mobile device in accordance with the corresponding SIM profile.

The system may display a first view of the first cellular network data and a graphical element configured to cause the cellular network system to display a second view of the first cellular network data. A context view representing a context may be displayed within the GUI. The context of the request to be used in subsequent requests.

    Abstract: Techniques for criteria modification of wireless network infrastructure software package validation are provided. A NodeB includes a network entity that is a central unit, distributed unit or radio unit. A computer system receives data representing a pre-installation reference parameter determined when the network entity is operated using a first software package and receives data representing a post-installation reference parameter determined when the network entity is operated using a second software package. The computer system stores a criterion for validating the second software package, identifies a difference between the post-installation and pre-installation reference parameters, modifies the criterion based on the difference and determines whether to validate the second software package based on the modified criterion. If validated, the computer system, sends a signal to the NodeB indicating the validation, and the NodeB causes the second software package to be installed on the network entity.

    Abstract: An Inter-Satellite-Link (ISL) for an Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) that is part of a Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN). The disclosed embodiment of an O-RAN system makes use of multiple satellite systems in combination with terrestrial based systems in various configurations to carry out the O-RAN system functions. An O-RAN system includes, among other structures and functions, a Radio Unit (RU), a Distributed Unit (DU), and a Central Unit (CU). This disclosure introduces various configuration/hierarchies of using satellites for the hardware and software to carry various portions of the RU, DU and CU in the O-RAN architecture. Various functions of the network can be implemented by satellite, with each satellite providing some level of RU and DU functionality. In one alternative, one satellite in a group of satellites acts as the DU in the form of a router, communicating with other satellites via the ISL, acting as a router.

    Abstract: Systems and method for dynamically scaling network function nodes or pods in a wireless network. A number of existing nodes are determined for the wireless network, and an arrival load rate is determined for the existing nodes. A load existence time is also determined for the existing nodes. High and low load thresholds are defined based on the number of existing nodes, the load existence time, and the arrival load rate. A new node is added to the existing nodes in response to determining that a current load on each existing node meets the high load threshold. And at least one existing node is set for removal in response to determining that the current load on the at least one existing node is below the low load threshold. A new received load is then scheduled to be assigned to an existing node having a least average load.

    Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for user equipment (UE) transmission adaptation after physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) misdetection. Instead of the cell base station (e.g., gNB) transmitting a new grant with exactly the same parameters as a first grant transmission that failed to receive a response from the user equipment (UE), the gNB transmits a new transmission with an adjusted DCI and/or an adjusted grant to increase a probability that the expected uplink (UL) transmission is received from the UE. For example, a gNB may transmit a new DCI with a new Aggregation Level (AL) indicating a new UL grant to cause one or more of: an increase in UL power spectral density (PSD) on the PUSCH; a reduction in a number of allocated resource blocks (RB); a reduction in transport block size (TBS); a reduction in a Modulation and Coding Scheme (MCS) to use for the UE transmission; and use of different redundancy versions (RV) for retransmissions.
