    Abstract: A hollow coated molded product is easily produced whose interior is coated, by using first and second moldings injection-molded through a first injecting step.     Abstract: When integrally producing a lamp holder, which is provided with a lamp body and a lens portion, by using a mold-sliding injection system, a lamp holder having a reflection surface formed on the interior surface thereof is produced.     Abstract: An electric connection part between a bulb and a terminal is masked without using a special masking material when a lamp unit is produced through a primary injection step of molding a lamp main body and a lens part while using a movable mold and a fixed mold, a film forming step of covering the lamp main body with a film, and a secondary injection step of uniting the lamp main body and the lens part together with a resinous material. The bulb is incorporated through a step set between the primary injection step and the film forming step. In the state in which the bulb is incorporated in the lamp main body, the surface of the top of the bulb is covered with a film, and a part hidden by the shadow of the film is masked, and hence electric insulation properties are secured.

    Abstract: When a lamp unit is formed by applying a resinous material onto an abutting part between a lamp main body and a lens part through a secondary injection process, a mold receiving portion that is shaped like a concave groove and that is entered by a mold face is formed inside an abutting portion of the lamp main body so as to receive an injection force generated when secondary injection is performed.     Abstract: When forming a film on work, such as a lamp holder, the work is not set in a film-forming chamber as in the prior arts, but a film is formed thereon by using a mold, thereby simplifying the film formation work.
