摘要: To manufacture a protected profile structural part of a fuselage of an aircraft, a sealant mold having a mold cavity having a cross-section that matches a portion of the profile structural part on which the surface to be protected is disposed is prepared. The mold cavity is filled with uncured wet sealant which is subsequently cured into a cured sealant member. The cured sealant member is then attached to the finished structural profile part in a non-movable manner to form a protective liner on the surface to be protected and to generate the protected profile structural part.

摘要: A method of forming a molded device, such as a stopper, requiring minimal post-molding processing includes providing a four-plate mold assembly (52) having top plate (54), a sprue/vent plate (56) including a core portion (62), a main plate (58) including a recess (66) defining a mold cavity (68) having a contoured surface (70), and a bottom plate (60), closing the mold assembly (52) such that the core portion (62) enters into the recess (66) in the main plate (58) to define a space (72) corresponding to the shape of the stopper (10, 110) to be molded. A polymeric material is introduced into the mold cavity (68) to form the stopper (10, 110). A barrier layer (14, 114) can be inserted between the main plate (58) and bottom plate and adhered to the molded device (10, 110). The plates are opened and the molded device is removed.

摘要: An eletromagnetic coil, a mold, and an electromagnetic coil manufacturing method are provided. The eletromagnetic coil includes an annular main body, and an inner peripheral wall of the annular main body comprises multiple claw poles arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. The electromagnetic coil further includes an encapsulation layer, and the encapsulation layer is capable of encapsulating an upper annular wall, a lower annular wall, and an outer peripheral wall of the annular main body. The encapsulation layer is not disposed between the claw poles, and is formed by injection molding of a resin material. In the electromagnetic coil, the encapsulation layer is not disposed between the claw poles of the inner peripheral wall of the annular main body, such that after moisture having entered the interior of the coil can be discharged therefrom within a short time.

摘要: The invention refers to a method for producing expanded polymer pellets, which comprises the following steps: melting a polymer comprising a polyamide; adding at least one blowing agent; expanding the melt through at least one die for producing an expanded polymer; and pelletizing the expanded polymer. The invention further concerns polymer pellets produced with the method as well as their use, e.g. for the production of cushioning elements for sports apparel, such as for producing soles or parts of soles of sports shoes. A further aspect of the invention concerns a method for the manufacture of molded components, comprising loading pellets of an expanded to polymer material into a mold, and connecting the pellets by providing heat energy, wherein the expanded polymer material of the pellets or beads comprises a chain extender. The molded components may be used in broad ranges of application.

摘要: Stapling assemblies for use with a surgical stapler are provided. In one exemplary embodiment, the stapling assembly includes a cartridge having a plurality of staples disposed therein and a non-fibrous adjunct formed of at least one fused bioabsorbable polymer and configured to be releasably retained on the cartridge. Adjunct systems for use with a surgical stapler are also provided. Surgical end effectors using the stapling assemblies are also provided. Methods for manufacturing stapling assemblies and using the same are also provided.

A locking frame is hidden under bosses of a floor blank after being injection-molded, which achieves high locking accuracy and firm assembly.

摘要: A patient interface device for use in ophthalmic surgery, which includes a rigid body and a suction ring joined to a lower end of the body, where the suction ring includes an annular skirt made of a soft and flexible material and located at a lower end of the suction ring, and where an inner surface, and optionally an outer surface, of the skirt is coated with medication. The medication includes one or more of the following types of medication: anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, numbing, lubricating, and anti-redness. The coating method may include dip coating, sputter deposition, ultrasonic-spraying, and spin-coating. The skirt may be formed by a process that increases its material porosity and/or surface roughness, and may be surface-treated to enhance adhesion and retention of the medication.
