Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for executing a documentation application displaying a graphical user interface having an editable field configured to receive textual input. The system receives a first portion of a textual input in the editable field, which includes a command character designating the first portion of the textual input as a link insertion command. The system receives a second portion of textual input in the editable field and, before entry of the textual input is complete, the system analyzes the second portion of the textual input to identify an external platform service. The system then accesses, using an application programming interface, first hosted data hosted by the external platform service. The first hosted data may be displayed in line with the textual input and used to generate a complete link path. Once complete, the link path is replaced with a selectable graphical object that is operable, when selected, to redirect the user to the external platform service.

Abstract: Methods for paginating search results retrieved from a database that supports cursor-based pagination are disclosed. The method includes executing a first search on a first database. The first search is executed using a first search query and execution of the first search returns a first set of search results from the first database and a first opaque cursor. The method further includes processing at least a first subset of the first set of search results, selecting at least a second subset of the at least first subset of search results, and generating a first cursor object. The first cursor object including a Subitem value in accordance with all search results from the first set of search results being unprocessed. The Subitem value based on a number of results from the first set of search results processed in the at least first subset of search results.

Abstract: Described herein is a computer implemented method for generating a composite response. The method comprises receiving a composite request defining one or more operations and generating a composite response by, for each operation: executing the operation using one or more server side resources; receiving execution result data; writing operation response data to the composite response; determining a status code providing information on at least one of the one or more server side resources used to execute the operation; and associating the status code with the operation response data in the composite response.

Abstract: Systems for capturing and organizing team-generated content produced during a meeting defined/facilitated by a third-party meeting tool or service. In particular, a server system includes a memory allocation and a processor allocation configured to cooperate to instantiate an instance of a bridge service configured to communicably couple to API endpoints of the third-party meeting tool and to one or more collaboration tools. The bridge service can use meeting data obtained from a third-party meeting tool to obtain task information from a task management system for task associated with a current meeting being hosted by the third-party meeting tool. The bridge service can analyze the task information to determine a status of the tasks, and generate graphical summaries of the task associated with the event. The graphical summaries can be displayed to participants of the current meeting.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods and computer-readable media for maintaining a configurable project hierarchy. The method includes establishing a project hierarchy with multiple hierarchy levels including first and second hierarchy levels. The first level has an associated issue type. The method further includes receiving a request to change the hierarchy level of the first issue type to the second level. In response to receiving this request, the method includes: accessing from a data store, a hierarchy-issue type association record of the first issue type including an identifier of the first issue type and a current hierarchy level identifier; creating a new hierarchy-issue type association data record including the identifier of the first issue type and a new hierarchy level identifier corresponding to the second hierarchy level; and associating the first issue type with the second hierarchy level by storing the new hierarchy/issue type association data record in the data store.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, or computer program products provide for generating a service risk analysis score data object. A service risk analysis request associated with an unreleased code object is received. One or more service risk analysis attributes are extracted using a service risk analysis layer based at least in part on the unreleased code object. A service risk analysis score data object is generated using a service risk analysis machine learning model based at least in part on the one or more service risk analysis attributes. The service risk analysis score data object is output.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for executing a documentation application displaying a graphical user interface having a content-creation field configured to receive textual input. A link-creation window may be generated, which facilitates browsing content without leaving a current application. Using the disclosed interface, a user can generate a selectable graphical object that links to other content, the selectable graphical object created from within the context of the content-creation field interface.

Abstract: A method may include receiving a plurality of event records from an event service, each respective event record associated with a user and originating at an event source, and determining whether an event record of the plurality of event records corresponds to a task for the user. The method may further include generating a task item for the task. The method may further include, identifying a task category for the task item, determining a task category rank for the task item, allocating the task item to a user-specified task-category block of a set of user-specified task-category blocks associated with the selected task category, the allocation based at least in part on the task category rank of the task item, and displaying a representation of the task item in a task item object of a graphical user interface in accordance with the task category rank of the task item.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for defining and creating a request intake flow for an issue tracking system is described. Embodiments described herein include systems and techniques for creating custom portal intake flows for an issue tracking system. The systems may include a user interface that allows portal intake flows to be generated and the user to select the information and workflow for an intake flow during the generation process. Embodiments are also directed to system and methods for creating dynamic summaries for issues managed by an issue tracking system. The dynamic summaries may be generated using a generative output model, as described herein, and provide information to a user about a current status, history or other events associated with an issue. Embodiments are directed to systems and methods for using a generative output engine to provide suggestions for creating a project management interface for an issue tracking system.

Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, systems, and computer program products provide for third-party DevOps tool data connection in a DevOps environment. A generic container connection model defining a generic container connection protocol is generated. Based on the generic container connection model and interaction with a third-party DevOps tool, a generic container connection is established with the third-party DevOps tool to access DevOps data generated via the third-party DevOps tool. Receive, from the third-party DevOps tool based on the generic container connection, DevOps data associated with a software development project executed at least in part using the third-party DevOps tool.
