摘要: Provided are a rotor, and a propeller driving device and an aircraft using same. The propeller driving device includes: a housing in which an upper cover and a lower cover having a plurality of through holes are respectively coupled to an upper portion and a lower portion of a cylindrical case; a stator arranged inside the case; a rotor arranged at a distance from the stator; and a rotary shaft connected to the rotor through a plurality of bridges and having both ends rotatably supported by an upper bearing and a lower bearing positioned at respective centers of the upper cover and the lower cover, wherein inner cooling of a motor is formed by an air flow passage that passes through a plurality of through holes of the upper cover and the lower cover and a plurality of spaces formed between the plurality of bridges.

摘要: Provided is a method for preparing silicon nitride powder for manufacturing a substrate. The method for preparing silicon nitride powder for manufacturing a substrate, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: preparing mixed raw material powder comprising metallic silicon powder and crystalline phase control powder; preparing the mixed raw material powder into granules having a predetermined particle size; nitrifying the granules at a predetermined temperature ranging from 1,200-1,500° C. while nitrogen gas is applied to the granules at a predetermined pressure; and pulverizing the nitrified granules. According to the method, it is easy to realize powder having an α crystal phase at a desired level, and when this is realized as a substrate, a substrate having compact density can be manufactured.

摘要: Disclosed is herein an antenna performance tester including: a horizontal rotor 200 rotatable about a shaft part 110 to which a DUT holder 300 is detachably coupled; and a vertical rotor 500 to which a reference antenna holder 400 is detachably fixed and which is spaced apart from a side surface of the DUT holder 300, is installed perpendicular to the horizontal rotor 200, and is rotatable about a virtual central point lying at the center. The antenna performance tester is advantageous in that: a reference antenna measures an RF while performing transmission and reception with respect to a DUT in all directions at a constant distance from the DUT; extension and replacement are possible depending on a frequency to be measured; and an influence of reflected waves is minimized at RF measurement, antenna performance can be simply tested in an anechoic chamber or even in a semi-anechoic chamber.
