    摘要: In order to reduce the quantity deviation of a fuel injection valve, it is proposed according to the various embodiments that a test injection be carried out during an overrun cut-off phase of a motor vehicle in operation. In the process, the fuel rail (2) is closed on the inlet side and the selected injection valve (1) is activated. A quantity difference between the predetermined setpoint and the actual value can be determined by measuring a pressure difference in the fuel rail (2) before and after the test injection. This results in a correction factor with which the activation for the selected injection valve (1) is corrected for subsequent injections.

    摘要: In order to reduce the quantity deviation of a fuel injection valve, it is proposed according to the various embodiments that a test injection be carried out during an overrun cut-off phase of a motor vehicle in operation. In the process, the fuel rail (2) is closed on the inlet side and the selected injection valve (1) is activated.     摘要: An injection valve of an internal combustion engine is actuated at least once by at least one specified control value of an actuating variable for metering at least one specified minimum quantity corrected by a correction value. The correction value for the control value is adjusted according to a deviation of an expected response value of an actuating variable from an actual response value of the response variable, as a result of the actuation of the respective injection valve, that is to say by way of a reduction of the deviation between the expected response value of the response variable and the actual response value of the response variable. If the correction value undershoots a specified negative correction threshold value or overshoots a specified positive correction threshold value, a fault is detected in a component which is affecting the exhaust gas in the cylinder assigned to the respective injection valve.

    摘要: By a respective cylinder-specific lambda regulator, a regulator value for influencing the air/fuel ratio in the respective cylinder is determined as a function of the cylinder-specific air/fuel ratio measured for the respective cylinder. The regulator value is monitored for the attainment of a first predefined threshold value, and when the latter is reached, a lambda quality value is determined which is representative of the deviation of the measured cylinder-specific air/fuel ratios assigned to the respective cylinders. The regulator value is monitored for the attainment of a second predefined threshold value which is representative of a more pronounced regulating intervention than the first threshold value. When the second predefined threshold value is reached, the lambda quality value is determined. If the lambda quality value assigned to the first threshold value is lower than the value assigned to the second threshold value, unstable regulating behaviour is identified. Stable regulating behaviour is identified otherwise.

    摘要: In a first operating state, the fuel metering of one of the cylinders is controlled in first metering pulses with the same pulse characteristic during a respective one working cycle, and the metering of fuel into the other cylinders by at least one second metering pulse with a different pulse characteristic. The first pulse number and characteristic is predefined such that the same fuel mass should be metered based on an assumed injection valve characteristic as with the one second metering pulse. Depending on the measurement signal, a correction value for the one cylinder is determined. To meter the fuel based on the assumed injection valve characteristic, a single first metering pulse would be generated during a respective one working cycle. The correction value for the one cylinder is used during the rest of the operation to adapt the first metering pulse in the second operating state.
