Abstract: Provided is a method for producing at least one carrier material provided with a print decoration. The print decoration is applied to the at least one carrier material by means of digital printing. The water-soluble CRYK ink used for the digital printing has the following composition: Colour component C: at least one cyan pigment; Colour component K: at least one black carbon pigment; Colour component Y: at least one yellow pigment; or a mixture of at least two different yellow pigments or a mixture of at least one yellow pigment and at least one red pigment; and Colour component R: at least one red pigment, or a mixture of at least two different red pigments or a mixture of at least one red pigment and at least one yellow pigment.

Abstract: Provided is a hard floor panel having a top side and a bottom side and having side edges along the panel sides for floating installation to form a floor panel composite. At least two floor panels are joined together in each case, the opposite side edges being provided with tongue-and-groove profiles, a tongue and a joining surface is provided in a first side edge and a groove and a joining surface is provided in a second opposite side edge. The tongue of the first side edge has an upper side and a lower side. A projection with a contact surface is provided on the lower side of the tongue. The joining surface of the first side edge extends from the upper side of the floor panel towards the upper tongue side and the joining surface is beveled.

The invention additionally relates to a veneered board.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for online quality control of decorative prints on substrate materials, including similarity comparisons of actual and target images and adjusting decorative prints if deviations of color values are detected. The method may include the steps of: a) producing a hyperspectral digital image of a print decoration; b) calibrating the print decoration via a hyperspectral digital image; c) producing and storing a digital target image of the print decoration; d) creating a first print decoration on a first substrate material; e) producing and storing a digital actual image of the printed decoration on the first substrate material; f) determining color deviations between the digital target image and the digital actual image via a computer program; and g) printing on at least one side of substrate materials so as to form a decorative layer. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for finishing a panel, the method includes a) a relief embossed into the upper side in the form of at least one strip-shaped depression with a depth (T), b) a decorative paper applied to the upper side, c) an overlay paper applied to the decorative paper as an abrasion-resistant layer, d) the lower side provided with a backing layer, e) the structure pressed at a high pressure and temperature, and f) during the pressing, at least one strip-shaped depression again embossed in a second embossing without changing the depth (T). Also, the upper side features a press skin that has a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 mm, the bulk density of the panel in a top layer is between 950 and 1,000 kg/m3, and an aqueous melamine resin is applied to the upper side as a tempering agent before or after embossing.
