    摘要: A dustproof gate valve includes a housing having a first panel, a second panel, and a valve port on each of the first and second panels, a slide including a body and a valve member and drivable to move between a first position and a second position, the slide closing the valve port of the first panel when at the first position, a driver mounted in the housing, a swing arm having one end thereof connected to the driver for moving the slide, and a dust pipe mounted in said body. When the slide is at the second position, the dust pipe is disposed between the valve port of the first panel and the valve port of the second panel, and the pipe wall of the dust pipe separates the valve ports of the first and second panels from the accommodation space.

    摘要: A welding structure of vacuum valve includes a first plate, a second plate, and a cover plate. The second plate has two lateral edges contacting and fixed with two laterals edges of the first plate by internal welding, such that an internal weld bead is formed at the inner edges of the second plate and the first plate contacting each other, respectively. The cover plate is welded to one end of the first plate and one end of the second plate. With the internal welding, the valve body of a vacuum valve is fully welded, so as to prevent the structure of the valve body from being damaged, achieving an actual vacuum environment.

    摘要: A gate valve with linkage structure includes at least a power cylinder, a valve body having a valve opening; a gate assembly in the valve body, having a main gate board and an air-tight gate board neighborly disposed, and connected with one end of the air-tight gate board by at least one parallel linkage; and at least a press bar, with one end pivotally connected to the air-tight gate board and the other end extending to form a press end. A linkage bar is pivotally connected to the press bar and also pivotally connected to the main gate board. Therefore, the gate assembly is driven to seal the valve opening; the air-tight gate board moves away from the main gate board with the linkage function; a sealing force is generated to keep the air-tightness between the air-tight gate board and the valve opening.

    摘要: A gate valve includes a valve base, a first piston unit disposed in the valve base and driven by a fluid to move the valve door between a first position where the valve port is opened and a second position where the valve port is covered, a second piston unit disposed in the valve base and driven by the fluid to move the valve door between the second position and a third position where the valve port is sealed, and a valve door fitted to a valve port of the valve base. At least one flow channel switch is disposed in the valve base. When the flow channel switch is turned on, the fluid is allowed to pass through, such that the second piston unit drives accurately the valve door to seal the valve port, thereby achieving purposes of enhancing accuracy in operation and ensuing airproof performance.

Each seal plate has plural driving grooves corresponding to the roller assemblies. The driving axle drives the seal plate assembly to seal the valve holes, with a sealing force produced therebetween by use of the roller assembly and the driving groove.
