    摘要: A discharge light comprising a light emitting tube (1) encapsulating a discharging medium, an inner electrode (2) disposed in the light emitting tube, and an outer electrode unit (4) fixed to the outside of the light emitting tube. The outer electrode unit comprises a plurality of outer electrodes (4b) arranged intermittently in the axial direction of the tube and having a part abutting on the outer wall face of the light emitting tube, and a part (4c) engaging with the light emitting tube while coupling the outer electrodes thereof integrally, wherein the engaging part clamps the light emitting tube at a part thereof thus holding the outer electrode unit around the light emitting tube. The light emitting tube is lighted by applying a voltage between the inner electrode and the outer electrode. The outer electrode can be fixed readily to the light emitting tube and the plurality of outer electrodes can be held against the light emitting tube with high accuracy.

    摘要: An imaging apparatus includes of a lens holder arranged concentrically with an imaging element; a lens barrel having an imaging lens removably inserted from the leading end section side of the lens holder; a cover removably fitted at the leading end section of the lens holder; and a cam mechanism section arranged on the barrel, the lens holder and the cover so that the barrel turns around the optical axis to the imaging element and that the barrel moves in the optical axis direction. The cam mechanism section includes a first cam surface formed on the inner circumference surface of the lens holder; a cam protruding section formed on the outer circumference surface of the lens barrel; and a second cam surface formed on the inner surface of the cover. The cam mechanism section smoothly turns the barrel around the optical axis and moves the barrel in the optical axis direction.

    摘要: In a camera-assisted presentation system, a microcomputer activates a motion detecting module to detect a motion of an object, based on a variation in luminance of image data representing a material photographed by a photographing module. In the case of detection of a motion of the object, the microcomputer controls an output control module to prohibit transfer of the image data to an image output module. Image data photographed immediately before detection of the motion is kept in an output image storage sub-module of the image output module. This arrangement effectively prevents any action of setting the material from being undesirably displayed on an external display unit, thus ensuring smooth presentation with improved display of images during the actions of setting the material in the camera-assisted presentation system.
