    摘要: The aim of the invention is to simplify the attachment of RFID chips or RFID transponders to packagings. For this purpose, the RFID chips are produced as a single RFID label together with antenna elements that are functionally associated therewith. The chips or transponders can be attached to a packaging by means of corresponding devices during production of the printed material, during a subsequent treatment or finishing process of the printed material, during the preparation of the packaging, during production of the packaging or during filling of the packaging. At the time of attachment, the RFID chips can be tested and initialized. The invention allows to considerably simplify the so far complex processes required to integrate the RFID chips into different types of packaging.

    摘要: A method of printing an electronic circuit or components thereof uses a printing machine to print a conductive structure on the front printing side (back side of the sheet) of a printing substrate. The sheet is then reversed and a decorative printing motif is printed on the back side in one work step. Alternatively, the circuit or components of a circuit may be printed by having a printing machine for color printing preceded by a printing machine for printing on the back side of the printing substrate. A chip is applied to the printing substrate where the back side of the printing sheet with the printing motif is cooled to prevent any negative effect on the printing motif and/or the printing substrate.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for changing a printing plate of a printing unit of a printing press is disclosed. A printing unit of a printing press, in particular a web-fed printing press, has at least one printing couple, where the, or each, printing couple includes a plate cylinder, a transfer cylinder, an inking system as well as, preferably, a dampening system. Each printing couple is allocated a printing plate changing device for executing a partially automatic or fully automatic printing plate change on the plate cylinder of the respective printing couple. The plate cylinder of each printing couple can be displaced between two positions in such a way that in a first position the plate cylinder is engaged on the inking system and disengaged from the printing plate changing device and in a second position is engaged on the printing plate changing device and disengaged from the inking system.

    摘要: A method for adjusting contact between two rollers of a printing mechanism of a rotary printing press, which rollers are adjustable relative to one another. The method includes separating the rollers so that a gap exists therebetween, inserting a piezofilm of known thickness into the gap between the rollers at one end of the rollers and moving the rollers toward one another on the one end until the piezofilm transmits an output signal when the two rollers first make contact. Then, the rollers are separated and the piezofilm is removed from the roller gap. The piezofilm is next inserted into the gap between the rollers at the other end of the rollers after which the rollers are moved toward one another at the other end until the piezofilm transmits an output signal when the rollers first make contact. The rollers are once again separated and the piezofilm removed from the roller gap. Finally, the rollers are adjusted toward one another at both ends by an amount corresponding to the piezofilm thickness.

The aim of the invention is make it easy to apply the parts required onto the label while completing the label in a simple manner.
