    摘要: Graphene/metal nanocomposite powder and a method of preparing the same are provided. The graphene/metal nanocomposite powder includes a base metal and graphenes dispersed in the base metal. The graphenes act as a reinforcing material for the base metal. The graphenes are interposed as thin film types between metal particles of the base metal and bonded to the metal particles. The graphenes contained in the base metal have a volume fraction exceeding 0 vol % and less than 30 vol % corresponding to a limit within which a structural change of the graphenes due to a reaction between the graphenes is prevented.

The spacer includes an insulating member having a predetermined shape, and at least one inner electrode laterally inserted into the insulating member. A portion of the inner electrode is exposed to an outer side of the insulating member. The electron emission display includes: an electron emission substrate having an electron emission region containing an electron emission device thereon; an image-forming substrate having an image forming region adapted to light from electrons emitted by the electron emission device; and at least one spacer for spacing apart the electron emission substrate from the image-forming substrate. At least one inner electrode is inserted into the spacer, and at least a portion of the inner spacer is exposed to the exterior of the spacer.

The grid electrode includes a mask portion with apertures through which electrons may pass, and fixtures arranged external to the mask portion with a predetermined margin for allowing thermal expansion and contraction of the mask portion. The fixtures are arranged symmetrical to each other up and down as well as left and right. The fixtures fix the mask portion such that the expansion and the extraction of the mask portion proceed opposite to one another.

    摘要: A field emission display including a first substrate and a second substrate opposing one another with a predetermined gap therebetween. An electron emission assembly is formed on the first substrate that emits electrons by the formation of an electric field. An illumination assembly is formed on the second substrate that realizes the display of images by the emitted electrons. A grid plate is mounted between the first and second substrates and functions to focus the emitted electrons. The grid plate includes a mask section having a plurality of apertures for passing the electrons, and supports mounted to one side of the mask section and extending in a direction toward the first substrate to rest on the same and support the mask section. The mask section and the supports are made of same material or two different materials.
