摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a thermoelement for a thermoelectric component, in which method: with the aid of a plasma flame, a diffusion barrier made of nickel is applied to a thermoelectric active material; or, with the aid of a plasma flame, a contact-facilitating layer made of tin is applied to a diffusion barrier made of nickel. The invention also relates to a thermoelectric component comprising thermoelements which are produced correspondingly. The aim of the invention is to further develop the conventional plasma spraying technique such that it can be used to produce thermoelements on an industrial scale. To achieve this aim, nickel particles or tin particles are used, which particles conform to a particular specification with regard to their sphericity.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a thermoelectric component or at least a semifinished version thereof, in which at least one thermoelectric active material in dry powder form is introduced into at least some of the holes of a perforated template. It addresses the problem of specifying a method which can be conducted in a particularly economically viable manner. The problem is solved by virtue of the active material remaining in the holes of the template, and the template filled with active material becoming a constituent of the thermoelectric component produced.

摘要: There are described thermoelectric elements that are manufactured by using a porous matrix or a porous substrate. The matrix consists of an electrically insulating material having sufficient thermal and chemical resistance as well as the lowest possible thermal conductivity, and is provided in predetermined regions with different thermoelectric materials, so that continuous conductors are formed in the matrix. These are electrically connected to one another to form thermocouples, which in turn are electrically interconnected with one another to form the thermoelectric element.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a thermoelectric component or at least one semi-finished product of same, in which a multiplicity of thermolegs made of a thermoelectrically active active material are introduced into an essentially planar substrate made of an electrically and thermally insulating substrate material such that the thermolegs extend through the substrate essentially perpendicular to the substrate plane, and in which the active material is provided in pulverulent form, is pressed to give green bodies and is then sintered within the substrate to give thermolegs. It is based on the object of refining the method of the generic type mentioned in the introduction so as to increase the freedom of choice of the thermally and electrically insulating substrate material. The object is achieved in that the pulverulent active material is pressed, in a mould arranged outside the substrate, to give green bodies, the green bodies are pushed out of the mould and into holes provided in the substrate, where they are sintered to give thermolegs.
